Membership Types
When a property is purchased, the owner(s) has approximately 1/1500 ownership in DeCordova Bend Estates Owners Association. Each property is entitled to one vote in all association elections.
Association Membership ApplicationMembership category for individuals who are purchasing property within DeCordova Bend Estates and have presented a Warranty Deed of Title to the property indicating that they are the Grantees.
corporate Membership ApplicationMembership category for individuals who are joint owners and who have presented a Warranty Deed of Title so stating their interest in the property, or for property purchased by a corporation, partnership, proprietorship or other business entity, or jointly by two or more entities.
Lessee Membership applicationMembership category for individuals leasing property from a current property owner within DeCordova Bend Estates.
